• 03-16-2026 – Events outside of Tallahassee

  Intergroup 5 will post links to events outside of Tallahassee. The page is located on the menu on the left, or if you are using a mobile device, at the very bottom of any page. You may also select Events Outside of Tallahassee  to view the page.

  If you would like to have an event listed, send the information along with a link to webmaster@intergroup5.org. Please do not send a flyer, or a screenshot of a flyer. We will add a courtesy link directly to an event flyer or webpage only. Events must be related to AA or Al-Anon Family groups to be listed.

  The Message is the Intergroup 5 newsletter. The Message is a bi-monthly publication with information, humor, stories, history, and other exciting news and information about AA in the Intergroup 5 area.

  Do you have a suggestion for an article, a story to share, a funny comment, and announcement? We would LOVE to hear from you. Please contact us at message@intergroup5.org

  You can find the current (and many previous) editions by clicking “The Message” Newsletter in the tabs above. Please print out a copy (or several) and take them to your home group to share!

• 01-25-2026 Save the date! District 5 Dance on March 28 @ Southside

  District 5 will host a western themed dance on Saturday March 28, 2026 at Southside. All are welcome.

  There will be dinner at 6:00 with BBQ. Bring a side and join us. Then at 7:00 Southside will have a Birthday speaker meeting, followed by a dance at 8:00. There will be music, fun, and fellowship.

  Download the flyer here. Be sure to print a copy and post at meetings, attach to the announcements clipboards and announce it at your groups.

  Do you know of an upcoming event? Is your home group have a special dinner? Gathering? Any events that would be of interest to other members in our local area can be placed on the intergroup5.org event calendar. Please email webmaster@intergroup5.org with information. This can include clubhouse events, group gatherings, roundups, workshops, etc.
