Changes have been made to how the W&W is updated and provided.

The W&W will now be provided as a Word document so updates can be made in a more timely manner. Previously the W&W was done in Publisher, now it is a Word document that more people will be able to use. Word documents can be opened with Open Office (free program) if you don't have Word.

It was also decided to change from the legal size 8 1/2 X 14 to the letter size 8 1/2 X 11 since more people have the letter size paper on hand. This change makes it necessary to have 3 pages to cover the District 5 area. Two pages for Tallahassee and one for the remainder of the district.

What does that mean?
  • The W&W will be available for each group to update when there are changes.

    • What do you need to do if you have changes for the W&W?
      • Download the the template and make the necessary changes,
        then email the updated document to the Webmaster.
        (No changes will be posted until approved at the next IG5 meeting.)
